We also make sure your garments are shipped in plastic free packaging that is 100% recyclable. Don’t worry your purchases are still protected from the elements while still protecting the planet. We love mother Earth and always want to do the best for future generations, that is an important part of the culture.

How do I care for my Full Phat garments?

To keep your garments in the best condition, follow these care instructions:

• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash at 30 degrees with similar colours
• Remove from washing machine promptly
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron on print, iron inside out on lowest setting

What's the fit like?

That depends on the garments you are ordering and details are on the individual product pages. Most of our garments are a relaxed fit, but please use our size chart and size up or
down based on how you like your T-shirts to fit.

We only produce to order so please make sure you check sizing before ordering, we want to do the best thing for the planet and not create waste or excessive carbon through unnecessary returns.

How long will my order take ?

As we produce to order our delivery times vary based on where in the world you are ordering from.

• For UK orders, delivery can take between 7-10 business days via Royal Mail tracked services.
• For EU orders, delivery can take between 10-14 business days via Royal Mail tracked services.
• For international orders, shipping can take between 14-21 business days via Royal Mail tracked services.

All our delivery options are fully tracked and whilst we aim to meet these delivery times, during busy periods or matters beyond our reasonable control such as but not
limited to extreme weather, customs clearance, industrial action or technical issues could affect these delivery services adversely. Full Phat Clothing Co. cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen in transit due to courier error. However we will always work hard to resolve any such issues.

Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival. Full Phat Clothing Co. are not responsible for these charges, as they are imposed by the destination country.

In the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive within the specified time guides please allow a further 7 days before contacting Royal Mail who will raise an investigation. If the parcel is declared lost by Royal Mail please contact us at fpcc@1911ink.com and we will advise you of the next steps.
