Shipping policy

UK Shipping 

All our garments are made to order so UK delivery can take between 7-10 business days via Royal Mail tracked services. 

Europe

All our garments are made to order so delivery to Europe can take between 10-14 business days via Royal Mail tracked services. 

International Shipping

All our garments are made to order so International shipping can take between 14-21 business days via Royal Mail tracked services. 

Shipping calculated at checkout

All our delivery options are fully tracked and whilst we aim to meet these delivery times, during busy periods or matters beyond our reasonable control such as but not limited to extreme weather, customs clearance, industrial action or technical issues could affect these delivery services adversly. Full Phat Clothing Co. cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen in transit due to courier error. However we will always work hard to resolve any such issues. 

Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival. Full Phat Clothing Co. are not responsible for these charges, as they are imposed by the destination country. 

In the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive within the specified time guides please allow a further 7 days before contacting Royal Mail who will raise an investigation. If the parcel is declared lost by Royal Mail please contact us fpcc@1911ink.com.
